Kipstania officially the Tsarist Empire of Kipstania , is a self-proclaimed sovereign state, known to external outsiders as a micronation, located in Europe, completely landlocked inside of Bulgaria. It was founded on the 29th of December 2024 by Tsar Daniel, who is currently the ruling monarch. The country's official currency is the Bulgarian Lev, the official religion is Eastern Orthodoxy and the country's form of government is an Tsarist Absolute Monarchy.
