LIN accepts Kipstania as a member

On the 18th of January, the League of Independent Nations has officially made Kipstania a provisional member. To become a full member, the country must pass 3 requirements, which are:
1. Be a provisional member for at least 2 months
2..Attend at least 2 Assembly sessions.
3. Have a completed and ratified national constitution
