The New Athens-Kipstania Treaty is a Treaty of Mutual Recognition that was signed between New Athens and Kipstania,that officially established diplomatic relations between the 2 micronations.The treaty was signed on 1 January 2025 and will remain in effect,until one of the 2 parties decides to withdraw,which can only happen by a written notice to the other nation.The treaty has 1 term,which is that both signatory parties officially recognize the sovereignty and independence of both states
